Intelligent Automation offers classroom training for developers to gain mastery over the usage of  our  multi-agent development platforms and tools. Depending on your requirement, we offer both on-site training at customer location or training at our facilities in Rockville. MD.We provide high-end workstations or laptops to each student and  o over   use  i-classroom exercises,, demos, and projects to teach product API usage.

Free Limited Customer Support available from IAI:
IAI's Software Maintenance Service (SMS) provides a cost-effective way to get technical support. However, you are entitled to obtain free limited customer support by becoming a registered member of CybelePro community.  We consider all our registered members valued customers and offer basic support in installing the software and getting started if required. 

Check Forum and Wiki First:
No matter whether you have purchased or downloaded a multi-agent product, you as a member  of CybelePro community can monitor our forum, post questions, and get answers from IAI's experienced engineers and developers. Software Maintenance Services are available from IAI:
IAI's Software Maintenance Service (SMS) provides a cost-effective and time-effective way to receive product updates, bug fixes, and get technical support. The annually renewable SMS allows you to obtain patches and new features that the product development team releases internally to IAI staff, but are not released on the web. Our SMS customers are valued customers. As part  SMS you are entitled to request a feature, and we will provide you with the timeline and negotiated cost at which you will obtain the new feature.
