• May not Sell, redistribute, encumber, give, lend, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software, License Key files, or any portions of the Software, to anyone without the prior written consent of IAI. The single exception to this clause is that you may redistribute certain files under the provisions of section 4 of this Agreement ; or 
• May not Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software, or create derivative works from the Software;
• may not Use or provide to any third party any information or knowledge gained from the use or possession of the Software pursuant to this License to modify or improve any open-source (or GPL) version of the Software.

• Install and use the Software for the Valid Period only
• Make one copy of the Software for archival purposes

OpenCybele is offered under IAI's OpenSource License agreement. Only Cybele kernel, service interfaces, and basic implementation of services are offered as open source.

Features:

• Distribute Licensed Software using this Agreement, or under a separate license that is in compliance with this Agreement
• Modify and use the software for your purpose including commercial and academic
• Modify and contribute modification to IAI to be distributed under the same IAI's Open Source License agreement

Restrictions:

• May not Sell, rent, lease, sublicense without compliance to this agreement, or otherwise transfer the Software, or any portions of the Software
• May not Distribute the modified software without IAI's Open Source License

CybelePro Enterprise is offered under NASA ACES-CybelePro License agreement. Users purchasing CybelePro Enterprise under this license needs prior permission from NASA and restricted in its use for ACES only.

Features:

• Install and use the Software on the number of computers permitted by the Licensed Number of Nodes
• Entitled obtain all software updates including major, minor and revision released within one year of your purchase date
• Use and renew annually
• Make one copy of the Software for archival purposes  

Restrictions:

• May not Use the Software for any purposes other than using ACES or developing ACES
• May not Sell, redistribute, encumber, give, lend, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software, License Key Files, or any portions of the Software, to anyone without the prior written consent of IAI. The single exception to this clause is that you may redistribute certain files under the provisions of Section 4 of this License Agreement
